Meet Angus Pither

Being admitted to practice in 2018, Angus is approaching half a decade in general legal practice. With a broad understanding of the law, Angus provides stress free consultations and tailored advice for those wanting to plan their wills & estates with confidence.

About the Solicitor

Angus graduated from Monash University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts & a Bachelor of Laws. After admission to legal practice as a Barrister & Solicitor in 2018, Angus was employed as a lawyer at an inner-city firm with McCracken & McCracken for 4 years.

 

In mid-2021, Angus was appointed to the DG Family Law team as a wills and estates lawyer to assist Joshua with his growing number of satisfied clients. Angus is admitted as a legal practitioner in the High Court of Australia & the Supreme Court of Victoria.

 

Angus understands that a good will provides certainty and peace of mind for you and for your family. Angus is available to assist you to ensure your estate is distributed directly to those who you wish to benefit, whether that be by providing a standard will, preparing an enduring power of attorney (personal & financial) or amending an existing will.

Angus resides in Huntingdale and is a committed member of his local Church. He has restored his own motorbike, loves a CrossFit training session and owns part of a Bitcoin. In recent years, Angus volunteers as a lifesaver with the Sandringham Lifesaving Club.
